NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. — Firefighters responded to a mobile home fire Thursday morning in New Port Richey. 

  • Mobile home engulfed in flames in New Port Richey

  • No people hurt, 1 dog killed, 2 cats missing

Crews arrived to a structure fire in the 9000 block of Teak Street to find a single wide mobile home and travel trailer engulfed in flames. 

Firefighters immediately began an aggressive attack on the fire.

There were no injuries to people but one dog was killed and two cats are still missing. 

The fire was knocked down a short time later.
