HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — Tuesday is day 3 of testimony in the murder trial of Granville Ritchie who is accused of raping and killing 9-year-old Felecia Williams in 2014.

On Monday, the prosecution began questioning one of the last people to see Williams alive. Eboni Wiley, who was supposed to be watching Williams the day she was killed, took the stand again today.

Wiley, who was a family friend and self-proclaimed "God Mother" of Williams, is facing charges for lying to police officers.

On May 16, 2014, Wiley said she picked up Williams and took her to her new boyfriend Granville Ritchie's apartment.

On the stand, she admitted to taking drugs that day and leaving Williams alone with Ritchie while she went to get marijuana.  She said when she got back, Williams was gone, and Ritchie, who she knew as "Trevor," told her she'd gone to buy candy at the drug store but never came back.

Wiley ended up collaborating with Ritchie and lied to investigators about what happened, despite her claiming she and Williams had "mother/daughter-like" relationship.

A portion of Monday's testimony:

Prosecution: "You were told she was found deceased, is that correct?"

Wiley: "Yes."

Prosecution: "And so what did you tell law enforcement then?"

Wiley: "I told them that I lied."

Prosecution: "What did you lie about?"

Wiley: "I said I left her with Trevor and he wanted me to go get some weed for him and when I came back he wasn't there."
