TAMPA, Fla. — New body cam video released Thursday shows the moment a Tampa woman was arrested for trying to make a bomb inside a Walmart last month.

The video, released by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, shows what investigators say are bomb-making materials, including lighter fluid, nails, and mason jars.

The video also shows the suspect, Emily Stallard, 37, and her 9-year-old son, who was with Stallard when she was placed in handcuffs and walked out of the Walmart store located on Fletcher Avenue in Tampa.

Stallard remains behind bars. She's charged with child abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a minor along with several other charges related to the bomb-making materials. For more on this story, watch the video above.
