- Preheat oven to 375
- Rinse both sweet potatoes
- Wrap each potato in foil
- Bake for about 30-40min
- Let cool for 10min
- Remove the potato skin
- Put in large bowl
- Mix in brown sugar
- Pour into pie crusts
- Bake for 5 min at 350 degrees
- Let cool for 10 min
