Bob Hudson has been the head coach at East Lake High School for 17 years and he may never get another quarterback like senior Matt Trotto.

"Matt, He makes me laugh", says the eagles head coach.

Trotto is much more than an average high school quarterback.

On Friday Night’s, Matt is busy running the East Lake Offense, but as soon as the game is over his focus shifts to a different kind of play book.

For years, Trotto has been making his way to Taco Bell after the game and this senior doesn’t just see a menu full of possibilities here at Taco Bell, he sees future dollar signs.

"I mean I think clearly it’s a great business, it’s got locations every where and I might get a little fat from owning one, I might be eating a lot of my profits".

Trotto commands a fast paced East Lake offense that has a goal of trying to run one-hundred plays a game, so he is use to thinking quick

Matt's goal is to play Division One college football, but coming from a family where mom is a teacher, he always worries about education first.

Matt  carries a weighted 4.27 GPA and would like to study Sports Management, but as member of Student Government and the morning anchor for the school news Trotto keeps very busy and keep his future options open.

He would love to one day own multiple Taco Bells right in his home town and it's a goal he thinks about every Friday night.
