ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Skies will go from mostly clear to partly cloudy into early Thursday morning. There will be some areas of fog, but it won’t be as widespread as it has been lately. Any fog will burn off quickly after sunrise.

Morning lows will mainly be in the 50s, but near 60 close to the coast.

Thursday will be a gorgeous day, with mostly sunny skies and highs reaching the upper 70s to low 80s. It will be cooler at the beach due to an afternoon onshore breeze off the Gulf of Mexico.

Friday will end the week on a nice note, with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies and highs again in the upper 70s to low 80s.

Saturday will feature a cold front coming into our northern counties and stalling out. As a result, there will be an increase in clouds and even a couple showers.

Expect only a slight dip in temperatures, with highs dropping a few degrees but still staying mild in the 70s.

Sunday will be partly cloudy with a chance for a few showers due to the front in the vicinity.

Highs will be in the 70s.
