ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Showers and thunderstorms will move through the area overnight into Friday morning.

It will be a wet morning commute across the region. Morning temperatures will be in the mid to upper 60s, but low 60s for Citrus County.

The rain will slowly exit through the day with drier conditions moving in late Friday afternoon into the evening. Winds will turn breezy and cooler air will start moving in Friday evening.

Saturday will start cooler with morning temperatures in the 50s.  It will be a breezy, cooler day with highs not getting out of the 60s.

There will still be some lingering clouds and sprinkles along the coast in the morning due to the strong northwest wind.

Saturday night will be cool with lows in the 50s and 40s.

Sunday will be mostly sunny, but still cool with highs struggling to get out of the 60s.
