ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A second surge of cooler air moved into the Tampa Bay area late Friday afternoon. Temperatures and dew points have been dropping ever since on north-northwest winds.

The morning will be chilly with lows in the mid 40s for Tampa to mid 30s for parts of the Nature Coast. 

Saturday will stay cool with below-normal temperatures all day.  Highs will only get into the mid 60s with low humidity. Skies will be mostly sunny, with some high clouds arriving in the afternoon.  It will be breezy.

Since dew points stay low, Sunday morning will be very chilly as well, with lows in the upper 30s north, to upper 40s for Tampa.  Sunday afternoon will start warming up some.

Highs will get into the low to mid 70s. It will still be breezy.

On Monday, the air continues to moderate. Humidity will stay low, but it will be warmer.

Skies will be mostly sunny with highs getting into the mid to upper 70s. It will continue to be breezy in the afternoon.

On Tuesday winds will finally be lighter. It will still be partly sunny with highs getting into the upper 70s to near 80.

The rest of the work week will continue to be warm, with no rain expected.
