Gary Mansfield, 63, was arrested Tuesday morning and faces charges including selling drugs within 1,000 feet of a place of worship, possession of a structure or vehicle to manufacture drugs, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell.

Although the area around the private lane was quiet Wednesday, neighbors said there was a lot of law enforcement activity the day before.

"As the day unfolded, we just kept watching several sheriffs, maybe ten to 15, being taken back on ATVs. I saw an orange bulldozer," said neighbor Kelli Shafer.

According to the sheriff's office, the suspicious items were found on a nearby property and are "separate and apart" from the narcotics investigation. No additional information is being released about the investigation involving the items at this time.

Bond for Gary Mansfield was set at $42,500.
