PLANT CITY, Fla. — Discounted admission tickets to the 2022 Florida Strawberry Festival go on sale Thursday at nearly 250 Publix Super Markets throughout the Tampa Bay and Central Florida areas.
Many of the Publix grocery stores can be found in Charlotte, DeSoto, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Manatee, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota and Sumter counties. Participating stores can be found here.
Advance discounted tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children 6 through 12 years old. Children 5 years old and under get in free with a paying adult. Tickets will be available Feb. 3 — March 13.
The 11-day community event in Plant City runs March 3 — 13.
Each year, more than 500,000 visitors enjoy the festival’s headline entertainment, youth livestock shows, exhibits of commerce and, of course, its strawberry shortcake.
