General registration will be a lottery process, which will be open to registrants Oct. 24 through Oct. 31. Those who are interested in participating can register here.

Lottery winners will be notified on Nov. 4, organizers say.

The 500 volunteers of last year’s Skyway 10K will be eligible for early registration, according to event organizers, which will allow them to bypass the lottery system. The early registration will take place Oct. 17 through Oct. 31.

Proceeds from the Skyway 10K will go to help the Armed Forces Families Foundation.

The 2022 Skyway 10K raised more than $652K for the Armed Forces Families Foundation, officials say, with more than $2.6 million per date raised for the Armed Forces Families Foundation from Skyway 10K events in years past.

Race officials say that the price of general admission registration is $80 per person, non-refundable, with a total of 8,000 registration spots available. 7,500 of those spots are designated as general admission and the remaining 500 are designated for VIP admission, officials said.

VIP registration will be $300 per person and features access to free food and drinks, VIP restrooms, a gaming area and VIP swag at the VIP tent throughout race weekend, officials say, which includes the race expo and race day at Tropicana Field.
