  • Centennial Celebration
    July 3, 10:00 a.m. (Events start) – 9:00 p.m. (Fireworks) | Crystal River
    In commemoration of its official incorporation as a City a century ago, the City of Crystal River has announced its grand celebration of 100 years! While the City traditionally hosts a 4th of July event, this year's festivities will take place on Monday, July 3rd. The jubilant occasion will feature a ceremonial proclamation meeting at the historic Old City Hall on Citrus Avenue, a vibrant parade of golf carts and bikes, live musical performances, delectable food vendors, thrilling games, and an awe–inspiring fireworks display.   • The Heights District Fourth of July Celebration
    July 4, 3 p.m. – 10 p.m. | Armature Works
    Festivities include a large–scale riverfront concert, spectacular fireworks display, Friends of the Riverwalk Boat Parade, annual Hot Dog Eating competition, Kids Zone, and more. This year’s event benefits K9s For Warriors.

  • July 4th Celebration
    July 4, 6 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. | Plant City Stadium
    This free event includes vendors, live music, a 50/50 raffle and a fireworks finale to wrap up the evening. Parking gates open at 5:30 p.m., $5 per car.

  • Red, White and Lutz
    July 4, 8:30 a.m. | Lutz Branch Library
    The day starts with early morning jazzercise and a 5K run. It continues with a flag ceremony, National Anthem and a prayer. The parade kicks off at 10 a.m. from the corner of Lutz Lake Fern Road and Highway 41.

  • Star Spangled Sparkman
    July 4, 4 p.m. – 9 p.m. | Sparkman Wharf
    The City of Tampa celebrates Independence Day with a waterski show, a boat parade in the waters near the Convention Center, Curtis Hixon Park, Davis Islands and Channel Drive, and a fireworks display at the Wharf. Stay tuned for more details. This event is free and open to the public. Arriving early is encouraged, space is limited.

  • Summer Nights Fireworks Spectacular
    July 2 – 4, 9 p.m. nightly | Busch Gardens
    From beautiful colors to intricate patterns, the Summer Nights Fireworks Spectacular will be lined up with choreographed arrangement music to accompany the show.

  • Palmetto's 12th Annual Fourth Fest
    July 4, 5:00 p.m. | Palmetto
    Enjoy a free concert in Sutton Park featuring Great White as well as a fireworks display over the Manatee River.

  • Red, White, and BOOM! at the Bishop
    July 4, 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. | Bradenton

  • The Fourth
    July 4, 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. | St. Pete Pier
    Celebrate Independence Day in the heart of St. Pete's downtown waterfront at the St. Pete Pier's The Fourth, an annual Fourth of July celebration. Attendees will enjoy live musical performances while enjoying several food vendors. This event is free and open to the public. View the fireworks along Bayshore Drive and North Shore Drive from the following parks: Albert Whitted Park, North Straub Park, South Straub Park, North Shore Park, Elva Rouse Park and Flora Wylie Park.   • Clearwater Celebrates America
    July 4, 7 p.m. | The Sound at Coachman Park
    Clearwater Celebrates America will start the holiday with a classic car show featuring vintage cars and trucks. Guests can shop locally at the farmers market, enjoy the sounds of buskers and street entertainers and let the kids burn off energy with games and entertainment.

  • Gulfport Fourth of July Parade
    July 4, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. | Gulfport Public Library
    Wake up early and bring the kids to the Gulfport Marina’s Fishing Derby at the Michael J. Yakes Recreation Complex. There will also be a sand sculpture contest along with the parade at 6 p.m. The evening will end with a fireworks show overlooking Williams Pier.

  • 4th of July Parade
    July 4, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. | Safety Harbor Main Street
    A day of music, food and fun is set for the Safety Harbor Main Street area for a parade celebrating America's independence. Visit the City of Safety Harbor's website for parking details.

  • Treasure Island Fireworks Show
    July 4, 9 p.m. / Treasure Island Beach
    Celebrate America by watching the city of Treasure Island light up with a fireworks show on the beach. Fireworks will be shot from the beach near Gulf Front Park. Bring a beach chair or towel. There will be parking in Treasure Island Park from 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. for $20, credit cards only. No cash will be accepted and there will be no re–entry. Other parking options include Treasure Island Community Center, One Park Place @ 106th Avenue, St. Petersburg Municipal Beach, and Gulf Boulevard @ 112th Avenue.

Polk County

  • July 4th Celebration Bartow
    July 4, 6 p.m. | Mosaic Park
    An evening of live music is lined up for the city of Bartow, including acts such as Psalm 101, The Jump Kings and The Lariot Band. Bring your own picnic, blanket and chairs for a fireworks special that will be held at 9 p.m.

  • Davenport 4th of July Celebration + Fireworks Display
    July 4, 3 p.m. – 9:45 p.m. | Davenport – Lewis Mathews Sports Complex
    Guests can enjoy craft vendors, food, live bands and more, including a fireworks display at 9:15 p.m.

  • Red, White and Brew 5K
    July 4, 6 a.m. – 10 a.m. | FITniche Lakeland
    Get out your most red, white and blue running and walking gear and kick off your day off with a 5k and pancakes. In addition, participants receive a tank top, fun finisher’s medal, complimentary root beer, and a brew. There will also be a “Lil' Firecracker Run” for the kids. Get the registration info.

  • Rockin' the Ridge
    July 4, 3 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. | Lake Wales Park
    This free event will feature a glow–in–the–dark foam party, inflatables, food and retail vendors, train rides, live entertainment, face painting and of course, a firework show at 9 p.m.
