ST. PETERSBURG - A sellout crowd of 7,521 fans at Al Lang Stadium did all they could to cheer the Tampa Bay Rowdies to a championship title Sunday night, but Orange County SC had other ideas.

Orange County jumped out to a 3-0 lead and went on to defeat Tampa Bay 3-1 in the USL Championship Final.

Ronaldo Damus scored goals in the 25th and 38th minute to give Orange County an early 2-0 lead. Mikko Kuningas scored on a free kick in the 45th minute that made it 3-0.

Leo Fernandes scored the lone goal for the Rowdies in the 57th minute.

The Rowdies end their season as USL Eastern Conference Champions for the second straight year.
