Bascom’s Chop House Famous for its balance of old-school steakhouse style and contemporary flair, Bascom’s is hosting both brunch and early dinner for Easter this year. Bon Appetit This Dunedin location—in the Best Western Plus Yacht Harbor Inn—is doing both a four-course dinner and “Touchless Buffet” this Sunday. Rack of lamb and filet mignon headline the dinner, while the buffet has everything from charcuterie and deviled eggs to leg of lamb and classic breakfast dishes. Capital Grille Brunch it up with a three-course meal with plenty of tasty choices. Or if a big, tender, perfectly cooked cut of beef is your Easter Sunday go-to, the Capital Grille’s got you covered with a $275 five-course take-home banquet that feeds four to six and features a full rack of bone-in filet, mashed potatoes, asparagus, a salad of field greens and chocolate espresso cake. 2223 N. Cheddar’s (TO GO) An Orlando-based upscale mini-chain, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is offering up choose-your-own-culinary-adventure Easter meals. Pick your own main course and two sides, and get a half-dozen of the restaurant’s lauded croissants as well. Multiple locations. 

Cassis Another top-notch brunch choice for your Sunday celebration. St. Pete’s Cassis will be rolling out a prix fixe menu from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Featured choices include deviled eggs, shrimp ragout, Maine lobster Benedict, and country fried chicken with biscuit and sausage gravy. Eddie V’s Prime Seafood For some, a holiday meal from Eddie V.’s is a tradition. For this Easter, they’re offering a three-course prix fixe brunch featuring options like smoked salmon, lobster bisque, steak and eggs, and roasted avocado and jumbo lump crab, among others. They also have to-go meals for two or four-to-six for $150 and $250, respectively. Elevage The flagship restaurant in SoHo’s culinarily-themed Epicurean hotel has an Easter dinner on tap that pairs ham, lamb roast, or prime rib with family-style sides and your choice of dessert (oooh, panna cotta!). Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Choose between eating there or taking home a three-course Easter feast. HEW Parlor & Chophouse Located in Dunedin’s super-hip Fenway Hotel, HEW is adding some seriously tempting Easter dishes to its brunch and dinner menus. Those who like to dine early can go for cornmeal-fried rabbit leg and waffles or a tomahawk ribeye and eggs (brunch), while later diners might order the roasted Australian lamb rack. K Club Bar & Bistro Head over to Clearwater’s Karol Hotel for a three-course family-style prix fixe Easter banquet. Rusty Pelican One of Tampa Bay’s best brunch spots is going all-out this Easter Sunday with a very upscale “Chef’s Curated Brunch Celebration.” It’s a three-course feast with plenty of choices, featuring snow crab and shrimp cocktail, marinated tomato-ricotta tartine, filet and eggs Benedict, chicken and waffles, Faroe Island salmon, and a mouth-watering basket of desserts.
